No medical advice
Nothing on DoseMarks is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and using the site does not create a doctor–patient or pharmacist–patient relationship. Always follow the instructions of the licensed professional who prescribed or dispensed your medication.
We don’t recommend doses
The calculator converts the dose you enter into syringe units. It does not decide whether a dose is right for you. Where we show a titration schedule, it summarizes the FDA prescribing information for brand-name products — your prescriber may use a different schedule.
Regulatory status
- Compounded medications, including compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide, are not FDA-approved.
- Investigational compounds such as retatrutide are not approved for any use outside clinical trials.
- Research peptides such as BPC-157 and TB-500 are not approved by the FDA for human use.
Listing a compound on DoseMarks is not an endorsement of using it.
Check before you inject
Results are only as accurate as the numbers you enter. Confirm the vial strength, the amount of water added, your dose and your syringe type against your pharmacy label, and ask your pharmacist if anything doesn’t match. Small errors can cause serious harm.
In an emergency
If you think you or someone else has taken too much of a medication, call 911 or Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 right away.
